Outdoor Dreamscapes

A garden built around water and antique stone. At its center an octagonal limestone fountain rises on a carved column, set into octagonal stone flooring whose pale wedges radiate out through beds of succulents and roses. A bench carved from limestone with a running scrollwork frieze sits against the stacked stone wall, and a forged iron spout, rusted to a deep brown, pours a thin line of water into the basin below. Reclaimed stone paths thread the planting beds and open onto a wide terrace, while a circular medallion of radiating stone wedges inlaid with pebbles is set flush into the lawn. The scheme closes on a wall fountain built from reclaimed limestone blocks, its carved relief panel and single spout standing above a long stone trough, flanked by glazed urns.
